Editing Email Body & Subject for SAP B1 Documents

Step-by-Step instructions for updating the default e-mail Subject and body for default SAP Documents like Sales Orders, Invoices, etc.

 

  1. Navigate to the Print Preferences menu (Administration > System Initialization > Print Preferences)

  2. Choose the ‘Per Document’ Tab

  3. Select the Document whose email format you wish to edit in the ‘Document’ Dropdown

  4. Ensure that ‘E-Mail Document’ is checked under ‘When Adding Document’

    1. You can also use the other options under this header to force other export formats for this document

  5. Change the Subject and Body fields at the bottom of the window as desired.

  6. Hit ‘Update’
