Description
CIP is one of the most important parts of the brewing process. Keeping your tanks free from cross contamination and infection is vital to making great beer. The CIP function built into the OBeer Advanced QC module is a great place to keep track of what tank was cleaned when and with what protocol.
Details / How-To
- Navigate to OBeer Advanced QC → Cleaning and Sanitation → CIP
- Next, click the
button and select the tank you are cleaning, and enter the date of the clean. Now enter the brand of beer that was in the thank and the CIP method that was used. Click 
and your done.
Full should be used for a nuke & sani. CIP for just a partial. Checks are also provided for CO2 Purge and Pressures.
