Overview

OrchestratedBEER License Allocation is the tool to assign OBeer specific licenses to your users.

Summary

The OrchestratedBEER License Allocation screen is only accessible when the OBeer Add-On is running. In this screen you will designate what users will have access to the Orchestra Specific functionality.

Details

The OrchestratedBEER License Allocation screen is located: Administration > License > OrchestratedBEER Licensing

  1. Select the User that you want to add or remove a license from
  2. If a license is assigned to the user you have selected the box will be checked. To add or remove a license simply check or uncheck the box and then click Update
  3. The Available Column will show you how many licenses you currently have available to assign.
  4. The Total column will show you how many licenses you have purchased whether they are assigned or not.
